electrical conductivity of the hook, the size of the gas, the amount of powder spray, and the level of the operator. The following methods are recommended for trial:

Preprocessing segment

The pre-treatment section of glass bottle spraying includes pre-stripping, main stripping, table adjustment, etc. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part can 

not be too low, and it needs to be insulated. Otherwise the treatment effect is not ideal;

Preheating section

After the pre-treatment, it is necessary to enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8 to 10 minutes. The glass bottle should make the sprayed workpiece have a certain 

residual heat when it reaches the powder spraying chamber, so as to increase the adhesion of the powder.
