Customized glass bottles, quality determines the basic price

Glass bottles, as core packaging materials in multiple industries such as food, beverages, and cosmetics, have an increasing demand for customization. Quality is the key factor determining the basic price for customization. High-quality custom glass bottles must have high transparency, uniform bottle thickness, as well as excellent compressive and shock resistance. The realization of these characteristics cannot be achieved without strict control over the entire production process.

Starting from the selection of raw materials, high-quality glass bottles will choose glass raw materials with higher purity to avoid bottle body defects caused by impurities from the source. In core production processes such as melting, forming and cooling, higher-precision machinery and equipment will also be used to ensure the stability of the production process. However, for glass bottles of average quality, not only are the raw material selection standards relatively low, but the precision and performance of the production equipment also vary greatly. In some links, operations are even simplified to reduce production costs.

The production of high-quality glass bottles, whether in terms of raw material costs or equipment and process investment, is much higher than that of ordinary products. Therefore, their customized prices are naturally higher. However, low-quality glass bottles, despite their lower prices due to reduced investment in each link, may have problems such as poor transparency, uneven thickness, and susceptibility to breakage, making it difficult to meet the usage requirements of high-end packaging or special industries. For the customizer, quality is the foundation for the use of glass bottles. Blindly pursuing low prices at the expense of quality may instead affect the packaging effect and usage safety of the product.
