Inside the Pazhou Exhibition Hall of the 138th Canton Fair, there was always a crowd of people in front of our green and intelligent production line model. Buyers from Europe, America and the Middle East gathered around the booth to observe. Their fingertips swept across the lightweight and eco-friendly glass bottles on the display stand. This product, made from bio-based raw materials, weighs 30% less than traditional glass bottles while having a recycling rate of up to 98%. It is a vivid footnote to the theme of "Sustainable Development" at this session of the Canton Fair.
"Traditional manufacturing must transform into green and intelligent manufacturing." This was our core judgment before participating in the exhibition. Relying on our independently developed digital annealing system, we have reduced production energy consumption by 22%, and the introduction of intelligent transfer robots has increased efficiency by three times. These technical parameters are clearly marked on the exhibit description card, becoming the focus of inquiries from purchasers. A German buyer immediately took out a sample for comparison: "Under the same capacity, your product is not only more environmentally friendly, but also has a 25% increase in impact resistance. This is exactly what we need."
After three days of operation, we have reached preliminary cooperation intentions with 12 purchasers, among whom 80% have explicitly stated that they will give priority to purchasing low-carbon products. The Canton Fair is not only a trading platform but also a trend barometer. On-site research shows that the global demand for green glass packaging will increase by 15% in 2025, which has strengthened our determination to continue investing in environmental protection research and development. From the exhibition stand to the workshop, this green breakthrough has only just begun.
